the latest BLUP figures Sauvignon has a muscle
index of 140, he is now the second highest limousin
bull for muscle in Southern Ireland and beats
Rocky and Wilodge Vantastic.
Sauvignon, along with
the muscle has the added bonus of easy calving,
he is predicted to have a 5 star
rating for beef value in September.
